Wandler is president and shareholder of L&H Industrial Inc., a premier aftermarket supplier of mechanical parts and services headquartered in Gillette and with locations in Sheridan and Rock Springs, Wyoming; Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; Johannesburg, South Africa; Mackay, Australia; Antofagasta, Chile; and distributors selling directly to major surface mines around the world.Wandler began his career at L&H Industrial Inc., as a laborer and worked his way through supervisory and managerial roles to become the company’s president in 2000.Pablo Balan is the Industrial and Commercial Project Manager for Vacutech, joining in 2015.

His career with industrial ventilation systems started while he was attending college, first as a technical draftsman drawing detailed schematics with proficiency in ventilation survey, hand-drafting, CAD drafting and engineering concepts.He was then promoted to Ventilation Systems Designer providing design of customized capture devices and ductwork dimensioning using engineering specifications and software.His next promotion was On-Site Project Supervisor, responsible for the supervision, installation, start-up, adjustment and commissioning of customer ventilation systems, managing and coordinating subcontractors and training employees.This led him to a promotion as Project Manager, adding responsibilities of purchasing products, timelines, cost estimation, crew estimation, on time completion within budget and to specifications, then reporting those results to top management.His career took him to Michigan, US in 2004, employed for Nederman Inc.

as a Project Manager for eight years, where he managed projects with customers in South America, networked to obtain new customers and provided custom solutions to improve working environments.As a native Spanish speaking person, he acted as a liaison between Nederman Inc.His career, again, took him to Denver, CO in 2012 where he worked for a dust collection company with emphasis in High Vacuum Systems design.At present, Pablo has completed a large industrial high vacuum system for Vestas Blades America.

Pablo has enjoyed the move to Colorado to its fullest because of his love for outdoor activities like fly fishing, camping, backpacking, hiking, and cross country skiing.
